I've got a MT5 EA which uses an averaging calculation on data values to determine trade decisions.   A long trade is made if the average is positive and > than a threshold input, a trade is made.  A short trade is made if the average is negative and < the threshold.

I want to add a new calculation to determine if the most recent data value is > or < the previous value.

I can provide the specs for the original EA, and the specs for the modifications I'd like for this job.
