Little modifications of EA /Visual changes and one functional/

Little modifications of simpl martingale EA, Visual changes and one functional, see atachments !!!  

Upgrades: /see pictures: current,changes1. and changes2./

1.               Change closing of positions and orders, start closing from 1.position up to 9.levels, always in this sequence

               /by manualy closing 1.position ,TP and Trailing Stop too/

2.               Automatically write Magic number and number of level to info about position and orders  , for levels enough only number /see picture: changes 2./ 

3.               Add button ,,Close 1.position,, /button doesn’t have any special function , only simply close 1.position/

4.               Remove or hide button ,,Delete all pending orders,, 

5.               Add info about current used chart timeframe to chart /see picture: changes 1./

6.               Add info about currently open 1.position, chart info will shows SELL,BUY or nothing  /see picture: changes 1./ 

7.               Trade comment add to chart /see picture: changes 1./ 

8.               Info about lot of 1.position move to top /see picture: changes 1./ 

9.               Info about magic number move to top /see picture: changes 1./

10.            Change color of information: blue to white
