I need the Kolier Supertrend Indicator coded in mq5.

The indicator in mq4 can be seen here: http://codebase.mql4.com/7169

Also I need the TrendMode parameter so I can switch from Normal Supertrend to Kolier Supertrend.

Now the tricky thing: I want it to have it as an Higher-Time-Frame-Indicator.
Like this one: https://www.mql5.com/en/market/product/668
only the Kolier version.

The time frame should be an dropdown input parameter and all the possible time frames in Metatrader 5 should be available to select.

It should also be able to show the regular indicator on current timefrage.
