Simple indicator

I need a very simple indicator that prints in the expert tab these information:

Full symbol name, left part of symbol name, right part of symbol name, variable of left part, variable of right part.

There is a static list for the variables

USD = 0
CAD = 1
GBP = 2
EUR = 3
CHF = 4
JPY = 5
AUD = 6
NZD = 7

So if the symbol is EURUSD then the indicator will print: "EURUSD, EUR, USD, 3, 0"

If the symbol is USDJPY then the indicator will print: "USDJPY, USD, JPY, 0, 5".

The indicator should write the variable of LEFT symbol name in buffer 0 and the variable of RIGHT symbol name in buffer 1.

This is all that the indicator needs to do.
