Turning Multi Time Frame (4 Periods) Heikin Ashi Indicator into an EA

I have attached an image with this service request....I currently have an indicator that tracks 4 different time periods Heikin Ashi...I need to go "Long" when all the 4 periods time frame on the indicator all turn green

and to go "Short" when the 4 peiords time frame on the indicator all turn red.....

it will be great if you could attach an external variable in the property where I can set.. stop loss in pips...defaulted to none or zero initially.... also able to set time periods.......lots.

I want the buy signal (all 4 periods match green) to close the previous sell order and open a new buy order

and I want the sell signal (all 4 periods match red) to close out the previous buy and open a new sell order...meaning I will always be in the market......unless I activate the stoploss....and I get stopped out.

The mt_heikinAshi indicator displayed in image is an ex4...with no original source file.....I am not sure iCustom can be used to call it...since I have no source....
