I have an idea to make the holy grail bot, is it posible to ?

im new to trading 

i was thinking why do robots make money somtimes and not others 

because of volatility and correlation right ?

some bots work with sidways movemant and some with high volitality 

now i dont know how your gonna make my bot what indicators to use but ill try to explain my idea then you tell me if you can. 

its like a machine learning bot 

based on the volatility and correlation change the settings of the sl/tp and signal settings used 

example: if high volatility a bigger sl is needed 

when the volatility drops the sl will adjust acordingly and other signal settings 

so you will have to know what signal settings work best in what conditions 

then try to make someting that adjusts its self based on volatility and correlation, it should never lose right ?

am i right and is it posible
