Modify existing EA or Remake to work to new trading rules

I have a robot that uses zig zag to detect structure breaks . and then measures fibonacci retracement rom the leg that broke structure to the new high or low and then enters on a pullback of the 61.8

i want to modify and try the entry between  70 – 78% level create like a entry zone between these numbers with stop loss around the 80% maybe we can make the retracement level level user definable this will allow for a nice tight stop loss  . I need all trades to have a minimum  3:1 risk to reward  ratio 

I also not sure if % risk is working correctly i was getting better results using fixed lot size. 

Im also open to any other filter that may help filter out bad entries . maybe pinbars at that level or something? 

Please run some tests to establish what works well and what does not . I hope that I can achieve better results through simplicity.

I normally trade it on 15minute or 30 minute time frames

The current robot uses  %risk or fixed lot . and has a no trading time filter
