Write ea based on 4 format indicators. EX4 is available

  I want to write a simple ea based on 4 indicators.
Rules of buying and selling:
+ Sell rule: when a magenta arrow appears, the wpr fast indicator is red, the wpr slow indicator is red. When all 3 indicators agree, open a sell order. Stop at 250 points, take profit at 300 points. Exit when the blue square indicator appears. Open and close orders are only executed when the current candle is closed.
+ buy rule: the opposite of sell rule.
Configure ea as follows:
+ max spread: 20
+ max slipage: 10
+ take profit : 300
+ stop loss: 250
+ trailing stop (true or false):when the price reaches 300 points or when the opposite square appears, make a stop loss move 150 points away from the current price. and start moving the stop sign.(note: when the opposite square appears, sometimes in a negative position. If the current price is less than 150 points away from the stop loss, then the stop = stop loss.).
+Auto lot size: as a percentage of your current account balance.
+Trading hours: default from 1:00 to 22:00.
* Note, the units are in points (1 pip = 10 points). Indicators will be sent when you text the job negotiation.
*requirement: ea works correctly, without errors. must be backtest on mt4 history data.
