To create an EA based on swing indicator

Good day,

I am looking for an EA who can open / close orders based on the trend change.

This indicator gives two kind of informations / signals :

1) A Buy / Sell arrow once the indicator measures some strength.

2) A "baseline" indicating the trend. See image attached, I am referring to the Blue or Red cloud.

I am looking for the EA who can work on the "baseline" only. Once the baseline changes direction, the buy / sell order should be taken. This does not happen so often, depending on the timeframe and strength selected. (Not the strenght of the Baseline can be selected based on your own preference, so this should be handled by the EA as well)

Is it possible for one of you to produce the EA based on the change of the Baseline ?

The requirements to open/close orders are common :

1) Open order directly + set at the same time a limit order (lots can be set independently, so 0.05 direct and 0.10 at xx pips from current position)

2) Or only set a limit order xx pips from current position

3) Partial close , 2 positions (TP1 and TP2) + close at reverse

4) Set BE after reaching TP1

5) Set SL

6) Adjustable Timeschedule (so for example, EA only open new orders between 08.00 and 20.00)

Once again, I am not interested in the Buy or Sell arrows, only the so called baseline (or cloud) supporting the trend.
