Fractal + Alligator EA

I need basic EA that can open and close multiple orders with trailing stop losses and some editable inputs.

Indicators:

• Bill Williams Fractals
• Bill Williams Alligator

Open position

• Place a BUY order if price exceeds last high fractal (editable input) 
• Place a SELL order if price goes below last lowest fractal (editable input).
• EA must be able to open only one order per Time Unit / Candle / Bar
• If order has been executed and stopped out then open another order on second Bar with same fractal with same conditions. One fractal is valid to order openings until new fractal is formed.

Stop Loss placement on order

• BUY order – place Stop Loss below the second lowest fractal from current price .
• SELL order – place Stop Loss above second highest (or highest if there is only one high fractal) from current price.
• Trail Stop Loss always to above second highest or below second lowest fractal from price.

Close positions

• Close all BUY orders if price crosses alligator Lips (5 period average) from above 
• Close all SELL orders if price crosses alligator Jaws (13 period average) from below 

EDITABLE INPUTS

• BuyHiFrac – At least how many consecutive higher fractals there should be before opening a BUY order (0 – Buy if price exceeds last highest fractal; 1 – Buy if price exceeds second highest fractal)
• SellLoFrac – At least how many consecutive lower fractals there should be before opening a SELL order (0 – Sell if price goes below last lowest fractal; 1 – Sell if price goes below second lowest fractal)
• OpenDistSell – how far price has to exceed from fractal to open SELL order
• OpenDistBuy – how far price has to exceed from fractal to open BUY order
• TrailDistance – how far from fractal to put StopLoss
• TotalPos – how many orders can be open simultaneously
• SellOff – EA is able to place SELL orders (1 – on; 0 – off)
• BuyOff – EA is able to place BUY orders (1 – on; 0 – off)
