I have developed a financial statement trend analysis tool in Python that works well.

 

I’d like to add a simple timing element to it and back test the result. I know almost nothing about Metatrader. Ultimately I’d like to develop a program that executes trades automatically.

 

I want to test a one hour exponential crossover signal against a monthly/weekly/daily/hourly crossover system on a list of 100 stocks (stock tickers) I provide.

 

I've not before used this platform so have made a minimal initial deposit. I anticipate depositing more before any work begins.
