Simple MT4 indicator and EA

Looking for an experienced MT4 developer.

I need an indicator developed which will connect to the EA..
the indicator shows the central pivot channel (CPC) on the daily chart. here is the formula:

channel top = (Pivot - Bottom) + Pivot
central Pivot = (High + Low + Close)/3
channel bottom = (High + Low)/2

high, low, close are calculated based on the previous daily candle. please consider NY close as end of day (and start of next).

the EA will also need to connect to a daily pivot levels (fibonacci) indicator. i have one that i can provide.

the EA rules are as follows.

1. Enter at S1/R1
2. Enter if price has not touched top or bottom of CPC
3. Sell trade if price is above CPC, buy trade if price is below CPC
4. add additional trades at S2/R2 and S3/R3 (if TP has not been reached)
5. TP = when price touches CPC (that is top of CPC for sell trades, and bottom of CPC for buy trades)
6. if still holding positions overnight, new TP = next daily candle's central pivot (the middle of the CPC).
   
7. setting for trade monday y/n
8. trade tues y/n
9. trade wednesday y/n
10. trade thursday y/n
11. trade friday y/n
12. setting for do not open any trades if previous daily candle closed below S3, or above R3. y/n
13. setting do not open a new trade if spread is greater than the pips from trade entry to TP. y/n
