looking for a programming expert that can create an EA for following, base on the Heikin Ashi Smooth indicator.

open to further discussion so that I can improve my strategy better.

Heiken
Ashi smooth strategy.
For
short/sell
1.
Confirmation bar for downtrend had to happen
2.Enter
short at the start of the 2nd Heiken Ashi bar for the downtrend
3.
Exit once new uptrend confirmation had happened and exit sell position on the current bar and flip the trade to buy as Heiken Ashi uptrend
For
long/buy
1.Confirmation
bar for uptrend has happen
2.Enter
long at the start of the 2nd heiken ashi bar for uptrend
3.
Exit once new downtrend confirmation had happen and exit buy position on the start of the 2nd bar of heiken ashi downtrend.

only 1 open position at a single trend.

once sell position close automaticly buy position will open (vice versa)
Close Trades

Close trades only on the Stop Loss, flip or Take Profit.
Time Frame
·
I want to be able to set the time frame manually in the user inputs section from 1 min to weekly
·
I want it to only entry market on 15min time frame
