Notification needed for MT4!

Hi I need a simple notification to be enabled to MT4 and email when the below conditions are fulfilled: condition 1. The ema 50 is added on the indicator window at the bottom of the chart and then when it has touched either 10 or 90 of RSI Period 14. Condition 2: this should be scanning for all the 28 pairs and Timesframes from M5 to H4. Additionally a second notification with a different text needs to be sent when the ema 50 has crossed H4 either from 10 or 90 Rsi AND also when the same ema 50 crosses 10 and 90 on M15. So the notification should be sent when both M15 and H4 has the same set up. Same combination should go with H1 and M5 Timesframes. This is my overall requirement.I will test ASAP but I will not confirm the job until the notification comes up as expected.
