I payed the signal, but cant use it !!!

I was pay the signal, but I cant use it about a week ! 

 I open other demo account and subscribe to free signal, and same !!!  No any moving !  Before was all OK, cant find problem, support is unhelpful.

2. Fill Community tab in Metatrader with your forum login and forum password.
Your forum login is okinawa1919 (do not use your email for login; use native forum password instead of google/facebook ones).

3. Check Metatrader journal/logs (or MQL5 VPS journal/logs in case you are using MQL5 VPS) for possible errors (most of the errors/issues are on the logs)

4. Check subscription procedure once again just in case you missed something:
