Не перерисовывает стрелку, т.к. использует для расчета фиксированное количество исторических данных. Пример работы индикатора приведен на скриншотах. Лучше работает на трендовых участках рынка и показывает подтвержденное изменение направления цены. Не требует оптимизации.
