Indicator Overview

Within this indicator, once price crosses one of the red levels, it initially continues in the breakout direction. However, this movement is often deceptive, forming what is known as a Judas Swing—a market trap. After breaking the level, price tends to reverse.

Once the breakout takes place, the CISD pattern emerges within the MetaTrader 4 system. The price then pulls back toward the Fair Value Gap (FVG), where liquidity accumulates before a more significant price move unfolds.

Uptrend Scenario

Below is an EUR/JPY price chart on a one-minute timeframe:

The price has broken below the red line, indicating the prior trend low, triggering the CISD formation.
Following this breakout, the price retraces into the Fair Value Gap (FVG) and a bullish order block. This retracement phase helps in accumulating liquidity, validating a possible long entry.

Downtrend Scenario

A breakout above the red level (previous high) has led to a CISD formation.
