Signals: Incompatibility message

Good morning,

I want to try a paid signal, but when I sign up I always get an incompatibility message similar to the one in the attached screenshot. This happens for every provider I try to subscribe to even if I specify the name of my broker in the search.

Is it a problem, or is it a disclaimer on the part of Mql5?
