It is a DT oscillator as described by Robert Miner. Some options that do not exist in metatrader 4 (filled zone between the oscillator and the signal line that can be turned on and off) and as a part of the indicator itself, internal RSI that, unlike the built in one, works OK even for period 1.

This code can be used with MT4 also with minor modifications:

i changed file extension from .mq5 to .mq4 of course ;)

then i moved/changed int k declaration at top of OnCalculate to allow compilation without error "int k already declared". 

or add line #property strict at top of file.

Still reading the Robert Miner book "High Probability Trading Strategies" where i discovered this DToscillator indicator.

You need a computer for that, you can't do everything with a phone.

There is no option for downloading it on the mobile version, because you can't use it in it.
 
Thank you for this indicator. I live in Brazil, and knew it on Profit Pro app. Since I use MetaTrader5, I looked for it on Google and found it here. It works well. Thank you my friend.
