What you get from your broker will vary according to what your broker offers and the MT4 platform is only the vehicle for buy and selling and doesn't determine the products. I don't know of any futures broker that uses MT4 for their futures products.

Are you aware of any other platforms that uses metatrader like custom indicator. I am looking to trade non CFDs...Thanks
