Market tab in toolbox?

I installed the platform metatrader 5 but can not access the Market tab of the toolbox because it does not appear. This happens only in a machine and not in others. So I can not make the purchase indicators.

Is there any configuration changes to make for it to appear ?

Besides, I know that Mac OS does not support the signals so it may be same with Market for example:

This is what I remember about this situation.

 
But I`m using Windows 10 and Internet Explorer 8 doesn't run in it... 
 
I think Metatrader doesn't accept Windows 10.... I will try to ask to service desk. Thank's.

You need IE 8 or higher to be installed.

But IE into Windows 10 ir higher than v8.
