I have a couple of free MQL4 signals that are not available for subscription.
I don't have a RATING after several weeks in their new practice accounts, could this be affecting their ability for subscription. I read in other areas that DEMOs were free immediately, but maybe that is old information.
Thank you in advance for helping me understand what I missed.
today(11/3) i found my mt4 lost connect at 26/02 , and then i close and restart it.
first i don't know why mt4 don't close the position #1 that signal provider already closed position.
second , at the same time , when i restart mt4 , it Synchronize the current position of signal provider . but the something wrong that provider have 5 position , and i only copy 3 position , also these 3 position size of lots not are the same of the signal provider . ( signal copy ratio is 100% to provider)
at that monet , my account keep the position that provider already closed and not fully Synchronize with provider at the same time .
after 1 hour. mt4 turn itself back right . it finally close the position that provider already close.
and close these 3 position too , because provider close these 5 position.
so i wanna know what happen to my mt4. even it turn it back, but i need to know the reason so i can avoid this issue next time
is it the provider's problem or mind ?

why my account make my old position transfer as a new position to Synchronize new position from signal provider. the lots size is totally different .

...copy ratio is not 100% anymore - look at part of your log below, and because of that the signal system is correcting already existing positions.
It is strongly recommended to change the copy ratio with n o open positions: signal provider should wait when the position will be closed, and after that only he can deposit/withdraw money from his balance; if not so it will be correction with already existing/opened orders on synchronization.
Does your subscription to a signal auto renew each month?

1. There is no automatic signal subscription renewal, you have to renew your running signal subscription for 1, 3 or 6 months manually.
