That was from the year 2011 for different build. MarketArt, you replied to this once https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/931

On MT5 just press F1 and read the manual (or read here https://www.metatrader5.com/en/terminal/help/startworking/settings ).

For Gmail you can use SMTP port 465 or 587 beside standard port 25.

You can also use the dll from here http://www.mt4i.com/appstore/app.aspx?id=17 . The code there was for MQL4 which can be easily change to MQL5.
