Only powerful for one or at most most two. Thus if you are using EAs.
Any PC with at least Windows XP3 and SSE3 capable CPU can run MT4/MT5.
Run it smoothly all depends of your needs.

Yes, I have run MT4 and MT5 (32-Bit) successfully on an inferior system to the one quoted by the OP:
- Mitsai KUBO Windows Tablet (equivalent to Onda V975w) with Windows 8.1 (32-Bit), a Intel Atom Bay Trail-T Z3735F, Intel Graphics Gen7, 2GB LPDDR3 RAM and 32GB eMMC.
So, with the superior x5-Z8500 Processor and Gen8 Graphics, referenced by the OP with the advantage of Windows 10 (64-Bit), it should work just fine too.
I've run MT4 for years on a Pineview Atom! Initially through Wine on a Linux OS, and more recently on Windows 10. It isn't going to win any speed records, but it does what I need it to do.
You should be fine, just be realistic about what you expect from the system.
thanks folks. I'm planning to buy one to connect to a wide-screen TV to see my charts bigger. I guess I'll continue executing the trades on a laptop though.
