Signal subscription/renewal prohibited - MT5

Hi,

I'm getting this error when I try and subscribe to one of the free signals (GBP20). I've tried to subscribe to alpha scalp (also free) and that works fine. I've spoken with my broker, and they say that they don't prohibit or restrict any signals at all, so the problem is not on their end.

Any ideas? Is there a log file somewhere that I can look through for the details? All I get is the Journal entry stating that it's prohibited. I've checked and my password is being typed in correctly.

Ok, so I tried to subscribe to my demo account, and that works. So, my real account doesn't work, but my demo account does work. Can you only subscribe to signals that runs on demo accounts with a demo account?

Demo account can only subscribe to "demo" signals, and real account to "real" signals.

Signal based on the real account available only for paid subscription. Demo signals always free.
