how can the registered mobile number be updated to the new mobile number when the old number is cancelled and unaccessible.
the system always sends verification code to the old mobile number which there is no way to get access to old mobile number.

Does anybody know what .."command check error" means,..i get it while testing my EA,..without any notice or clue where the error might be from?

I got a sale a week ago, now that i with draw the amount, (less 20% and less 2% because of paypal).. my withdrawal is locked.. it is written.. balance: $$$ (locked: $$$). I have contacted the service desk already. I guess this is just a simple error
