I'd like to know if there is a methodology where I can use scripts (Windows's batch scripts, etc) to run MetaTrader4 from the command prompt and start various strategy tests for Expert Advisors (EAs)? I have several EAs that I would like to test using various parameters and settings, while running through a loop for each test, and the create the html and gif files for the test results and graphs.
This would allow me to test many different settings of the EAs and automate the entire process. Plus, I can run this at night, when I am asleep and not speed endless hours using the mouse. If anyone knows of such a methodology, please let me know.
