I saw it in the codebase earlier today -- https://www.mql5.com/en/code/mt4 It's also at TSD and forex factory, etc. Just google it and you'll find.
Apply to an M1 chart, for example, and allow dlls. Then open chart offline. If you want a 2 minute chart, you multiply M1 x 2, etc. If you want a 12 hour chart, place on a H1 and multiply by 12, etc.
