cant backtest historical data? only live data???

i downloaded a metaquotes platform thru interbankfx in nov.
after creating some indicators, i created some EAs and tried to backtest.
for some reason the backtester only goes back to to the first day i downloaded the metaquotes platform (note: i have used the history center to download all the data posible)

when using older versions on metaquotes, i was able to backtest back 5+ years worth of data.

what must i do so i can get metaquotes to see the downloaded data?
