processing data from Excel after back-testing

good day. I need some advice: when I run some expert EA on a chart for "test" and the "Strategy tester" opens under the chart, after the back-test is done, I right-click on the fourth tab "Backtest" and select "Report" at the bottom and "Open XML ...". I save the file to disk and open it and there is an Excel sheet with basic information about the EA and below it lines with "Orders" and "Deals". I need to create a program for this that will visualize this on the chart. Does anyone have any experience with this? is the source file always the same (except for the list of trades)?
