Is it possible to trade markets other than forex, on demo account?

Hi @ all,

i´m new with MT 5 and wanted to know if its possible to trade on sim/demo account other markets than forex? For instance, NQ, SP500, etc. For now i only see forex markets to choose from. Any ideas?

Also, you might consider trading real index futures (as opposed to CFD's) on a centralized exchange. Here's the only official mql5 forum thread that I can find that lists MT5 futures broker(s):

Yes, you can trade other markets like NQ or S&P 500 on MT5 demo. Try right-clicking in Market Watch and selecting "Show All" to see more options. If not, check with your broker.
