check that the terminal is connected. and then check that there are any errors in expert or journal tabs.

But contact your broker first. They are ALWAYS your first point of contact. After that -- then you can come back here and give more details. This forum is mostly for coding help. 99% of users on the forum are just users of mt4/5 -- like yourself.

Nothing is wrong - it’s just part of the learning curve.

You need to spend time reading and learning
 -- explore the platform
 -- read the documentation
 -- get familiar with how things work, etc..
