Does MT4 has the same restrictions in the latest update ? Terminal: Restricted access to MQL5 trading and history functions if the account is subscribed to a signal

This basically restrict using any algo trading on a signal account in mt5. https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/473035

The updated version of the metatrader 5 platform will be released on friday, september 27, 2024. I noticed that topics comments, created by regular users and even by moderators, reporting various bugs, seem to be ignored by the metatrader team
