MetaTester no agents

Hello!

I can't figure out what's going on- I downloaded MetaTester 5, ran it, entered my cloud username and thought I was all set. Turns out I don't have any agents in the Services column. I tried everything- it doesn't register any agents. I tried adding via the add button, but the app gets stuck (not responding). I searched around the forums and found it might be taking the wrong IP, because of Hyper-V. Yes- it was picking up the wrong one. I turned off the other internet adapter, but still no agents. Any idea what to do?
