how can I download the result from a simulation

in MetaTrader, when I do a simulation, I would like to work with the results in a spreadsheet (excel, numbers etc.).

But the only options I see is download xml.

Is there another way to do this? I do not know how to work with xml. 

I would prefer a csv or text file.

Maybe there is a way to do it with a MQL5 program / script?
