MY account dissapeared from my metatrader 5 app on my phone, can't access online either.

At opening market on Sunday my account was frozen and I could not click on the open transaction I had. Around 3 am the account dissaperead from my app. I can't access to it from the web terminal or reinstall it; the original server that I had is no longer listed.
 

Ask your broker for support. Because all trading accounts are related to the brokers only.

I tried all week, and nobody reply. There is no number, the email bounced, and the chat shows delivered and read but no reply.
