I have 2 subscribers but it only shows that I have 1 ?

Hi all

I have 2 subscribers but only see 1 in my signals account.

Is there a way that I can check which one of my subscribers is missing?

Can I see their names or not?

You only see the subscribers that have currently enabled their subscription and they are copying your trades.

The fact that someone bought a signal subscription doesn't mean that he/she is currently using it.

No, you can't see who is subscribed to your signal.

A have 3 new copiers just started at the same time.

I did a test buy trade with GBPJPY 0.01 volume, then another buy trade of 0.01 volume, then sold the 0.02 volume.

Two copiers synced the 0.02 trade and made some profit.

One copier only got 0.01 volume and lost about $6

Do you have any idea what went wrong, see attached.

Probably the subscriber with the loss copied at a later stage or has different trading conditions, larger spread etc.

If I don't see the trades side by side to compare them, I couldn't know.

I see that you are using a netting account, are the subscribers use a netting account too?

Seeing only your trades doesn't help much, we need to compare them to the subscribers trades.

On my white screen app it shows buy 0.01, then another buy 0.01, then sell 0.02

But on the copiers black screen app it shows buy 0.01, then another buy 0.01, then sell 0.01, then another sell 0.01

Why is this? It does not seem like the syncing is working?
