Control the EA

Hi, can you control your EA so that when it's an uptrend he can only buy and downtrend he can only sell, is there anyone who can do it?

You are asking the million dollar question.

You can. As good as, how you spot trends.

How do I do that?

maybe I won't tell you, I'll sell it instead

How much?

Right now it's not for sale, but a voice is telling me to put it on the market. I am thinking 5 dollars, and not joking

The answer/question here is, How do you define market is trending or ranging in your normal trading? Some use structure, others have very intricate behind the sence rules, define these rules and in can be programmed. Or you could just use the simple MA(moving averages), one fast another slow etc.
