This is probably applied by some 'trade management' utility or EA you have attached on this account.
Check all your charts and any EAs that you may have migrated to any MQL5 VPS on that account.
Check all your local charts then, in case some EA or trade management utility is doing this.
I don't think that this trailing stop loss is coming directly from your terminal, unless something is stuck.
If you don't find any other EAs attached, I suggest you to uninstall and re-install your temrinal.
Make sure that you download the custom branded MT5 terminal from your broker's website and that you don't use the MT5 terminal of another broker.

You were right. Was an EA on another chart. I removed it and all it's normal now.

I'm having a problem on the MT5 terminal, in particular on the gold chart.
All my market orders start with an automatic trailing stop loss even when 'points' is set to '0' and 'Trailing SL' is set to 'none'.
This happen on any new gold chart that I open. At the moment I have two position on AUSUSD an everything works fine.
