MT4 EA installed on VPS, trades aren't taken

Hey guys,

I have an issue with my EA/server (I don't know where the issue is from...). Last couple of months, I've used an EA through MQL5 vps service. The EA + 1 custom indicator worked fine (I could backtest normally) and it did work fine for a few months but then it stopped taking trades (without me touching anything). So I tried to relaunched multiple times but it didn't work out very smoothly (sometimes it worked, sometimes not). So I figure out it was the server and I bought a server (normal VPS).

2 days ago, I just switched to the reel VPS, I have a virtual windows server in London connected 24/7 and I installed my broker MT4 + the EA + the custom indicator.

Connection is working fine, I can open trade manually.

Backtesting is working fine too with the EA, it takes all the trades normally.

So then I installed the EA on multiple charts (different timeframes with different magic numbers) but yesterday it didn't take any trade it was supposed to, even though the EA was on the chart, autotrading was on, DLL imports was on.

I can see 2 trades in the backtest today that was supposed to be taken yesterday on 2 different timeframes but it didn't take the trade live yesterday. I don't understand where it comes from... The server? The EA? Parameters? I'm lost...

Could you help me please? 🙏🏻

Read the last steps 15-25 of these guides below to understand how MQL5 VPS works:

Thank's but it is not MQL5 VPS I'm using currently.

It's a real VPS, a virtual private server with Windows 10, MetaTrader4 installed on it, etc.

You need to contact their support then, or the EA's author for help.
