Yeah I purchased the product from MQL.

Then went tools, options, community 

Then put my logins in and password in from the email MQL sent me. 

As shown by the attached…

You can check this product to be listed here on your profile: https://www.mql5.com/en/users/lewisharrison/market
If it is listed there so you can check it: it is for MT4 or MT5.
if it is for MT5, and if you fill Community tab - and still can not see the product in Metatrader's "My Purchases" to install -

I’ve done all that.. still not showing. I just need a video showing me step by step just in cases I’ve missed something. 

There is some special procedure about what to in case it is not showing.
I uploaded it two time on this thread ....

Use computer, and market products can not be installed on phone.

The purchased tab is only showing the last two purchases

Even if a Market product is removed from the showcase, those who already purchased it, can install it anytime from their MetaTrader terminal (Market \ Purchased section).

In case you don't see the product on the list of your purchases in the terminal, try the following:

  1. Close all your MetaTrader terminals
  2. Go to C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\Community
  3. Delete all files starting from mql4.market.* and mql5.market.*
  4. Open MetaTrader terminal
  5. Try to install product again

Besides, I do not have Mac computer.

I already posted all the procedure about what to, and I think - it is for any computer.

Do you see any errors in the Journal tab?
