Why the time is not going forward? (Build 4232, AVX)... BUG???

My agents working time is not going forward... I noticed this since the last update (few days ago)

They have many jobs... This job for example (One hour x 28 Threads).

But time doesn't move. During several days it just says (3 hours and 29 minutes). And the payments were extremely ridiculous these last few days.

Also the server (Europe 1 --> agent1.mql5.net) it's broken. This weekend it was out of service twice for many many hours. But this happens very often, at least once or twice every week.

So the server is broken or the agents have bugs... But the reality is that my agents are working and seems their work time is not being paid. (And yes, I have it configured to sell the computing power, just in case)

If not, I would like someone to explain to me what is happening.
