For example, it was the thread with several pages, where the user got same error and told that "my anti-virus is good".
But the users discovered that Bitdefender antivirus provided this error, and "my anti-virus is good" is not good.
So, it may be the reason for some more anti-virus software programs.
Besides, it may be something with his Windows or with his internet provider, or with your router, or with the Windows on his VPS
(or the time and/or date on your computer is wrong - there is some posts about it), about WebView2 or TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, TLS 1.2 protocols.
You can read this summary post #1148 to check/select the reasons which may be suitable in this situation for your computer
(for example: anti-virus, and so on).
A customer of us reported a similar issue, but with a hint to a missing OpenCL driver in his Journal.

There are some specific reasons (and I shortly explained them in my previous posts here on the forum).
Ask him about which anti-virus he is using. Because it was the issue with Bitdefender antivirus last time.

That would be me, no, I am not using any antivirus, only native Windows protection. I disabled that as well in case, but no success.
