Problems with reports on mt5,

Hello I downloaded mt5 from App Store on my app. 

i have tried to look through some of the other topics but none of them solved my issue.

my problem is that when use the reports function nothing shows up. 

i have tried to leave it for 1H but still nothing.

I hope someone can help, thanks in advance

You need to install an extra component on your setup on the virtualised environment (i.e. Wine or what ever you are using).

I can't offer more exact instructions or advice as I don't use a Mac.

Since both your cases seem to be related to Windows Server, it could be that the WebView2 components are also dependant on some other functionality that is not installed by default compared to desktop versions of Windows.

So, I would recommend you manually install the Microsoft Edge WebView2 runtime directly and see if that helps.
