My purchase doesn't not appear

Hi, i recently buy a 55USD indicator, but it doesn't appear in my account, i can buy it with mql5 payment, but the operation is always failed, and also has 55 balance in my account instead of the indicator. MQL5 limited my operations, i'm not sure if that affect to the purchase:(

Yes, if you have a "Limited Operations" banner, then obviously, your operations are limited, and you should have clicked on the "technical support" link.
