My Indicators & expert advisors not working on mt5?

hi, I have 2 mt5's running on my computer. Never had any issue in the past, but both of them all of a sudden have this symbol on the top right corner with the letters (ob). This is the only change I noticed. My indicators are not working properly, and my expert advisor's do not work at all. I checked my options and algo trading is on. Can anyone help? (pic attached) Thanks

Also, if there are any warnings or error messages in the Journal or in the Experts log, show those as well.
