Cycle Tick Indicator

I searched by using word like "cycle" but could not find simillar problem so let me post as new topic.
Does anyone know to draw (a) indicator(s) that has same cycle.

The thing I want to achieve is the following. (the level of line is say at the bottom of the chart)
Draw a 1hour length parallel to x-axis line from 2006/01/01 12:00 to 2006/01/01 13:00
Draw a 1hour length parallel to x-axis line from 2006/01/02 12:00 to 2006/01/02 13:00
Draw a 1hour length parallel to x-axis line from 2006/01/03 12:00 to 2006/01/03 13:00
Draw a 1hour length parallel to x-axis line from 2006/01/04 12:00 to 2006/01/04 13:00
and so on....

I know there is a limit for number of indicators and buffer but if any of you could give me
good ways to do this, that will be greatly appreciated.
