Did anyone know how to fix unavailable mql5 VPS? 

 
  • Fill Community tab of your Metatrader with your forum login and forum password. Your forum login is hilmiarta because the link to your profile is https://www.mql5.com/en/users/hilmiarta
  • Make sure to use the latest Windows version (Windows 10 64-bit for example); do not use computer with old Windows version.
  • Use one of the latest build of MT5
  • Subscribe to your trading account; because MQL5 VPSD is provided per trading account (one MQL5 VPS for one trading account).

There may not be any virtual hosting available for your broker's trade server.

Try connecting to another trade server location, or maybe restarting MetaTrader.

And make sure you are connected to your MQL5 Community account in MetaTrader.
