SIGIT PRAMONO: Hello, I need an EX4 to EX5 file converter. Is there anyone here who can help me?
There is no such thing! You can't convert ".ex4" into an ".ex5".
You can however, take a ".mq4" program and modify its code so that it will work on ".mq5". This however, is usually a manual process carried out by a human programmer.
There may be automated methods available, but I am unaware of such tools and I don't believe they will be any good at the task.
