Separate window on mac

Hello everyone, it's not the first time I've encountered such a problem on my Mac, when I accidentally move the navigator or bar tool with the mouse and they appear in a separate window, but it's impossible to get them back. I've reinstalled MT5 before, but now I have a lot of customizations and presets. How can I return all the windows back to the MT5 window?
